Basketball Waterfall Card

Our theme for October is sports, and I have had a ball! (pun intended) Okey dokey then. I'm going to start the month with a waterfall card. Some of you may already know how to create a waterfall card, but for those of you who do not, don't worry. It is so easy, you won't believe it!

Just remember that no matter the length of your card, the slide will be twice the length of the card minus 2 inches.

So, with that, here's my waterfall card using Sparkle N Sprinkle's Baseball & BasketBall Stamp Set 257.

After investigating other written and You-Tube instructions on the internet, they all seem to show how to make only quarter size cards (4-1/4 x 5-1/2 inches). Well, that's great if the stamps or photographs you want to use will fit on a 2 x 2 inch square. The stamps I chose are about 3 inches in height. So, I made my squares 3-1/4 x 3-1/4 inches. The base of my card is 5 x 7 inches.

To close the waterfall card, simply push the slide back up.

It may be helpful to create a "test" card from scraps first to familiarize yourself with the instructions and the mechanics of the card before creating your masterpiece. Have fun!
