These vintage stamps are A-W-E-S-O-M-E!
Here is Laura displayed on a closed Shutter Card. To me, she looks like a very young lady from the early 20th century, eager to see the world. (kind of Downton Abbey-ish)
Meet Isabelle. Roaring 20's here we come! I do believe my Grandmother owned a flapper hat like this. This card was so much fun to make. It's a Surprise Pop-Up card. (Left - card closed)
And here the card is opened by pulling on the slide tab at the top of the card. How cool is that! Everybody gets a kick out of trying to figure out the mechanics on this one - even the guys!
What a great shutter card. Your papers sure go with the image And the Isabelle card is so pretty and I love how you added the feathers, a perfect touch.

ReplyDeleteThese cards are just Fab Karalee (I know....that saying is from a whole different era lol!) Love the colors for your girl on the first card. And the vintage papers are perfect. And on the second card, that sparkly wrap is to die for! She looks like she's ready for a night on the town! Great cards!!

Great cards, Karalee. I love how you put those stamps on the shutter card. It is a perfect background for the image. And you fooled with your second card....at first I thought it was an easel card. Again this is one of the cards I have not tried. Now I think it is on my to do list.
