February's Challenge is to create a card, layout, or whatever, using the colors shown on the right.
This card turned out even better than I had envisioned. With all the bling, feathers, glitter, and gold, it screams a celebration of some kind.
And at the center of the celebration is - what else - a great Wine Bottle.
This is so pretty! Love the embossed background and the gold wine bottle nestled behind the feathers.
