This Deer Scene card was made in layers. I cut 2 each of the frame, set of trees and snowy hill. The background is a piece of "sky" scrapbook paper adhered to cardstock. The next 2 layers are a set of trees glued to back of snowy hill, then attached to back of a frame. Separate the layers with foam mounting tape. To create the snowy effect, I used DecoArt Snow-Tex. I found it easier to use a 1/4 inch stencil brush and pounce the Snow-Tex on the cardstock. Follow the directions on the jar to obtain the desired results. Wouldn't this make a great "guy" card or Christmas/Winter card. The actual finished size of this card is a little over 4 x 6 inches.
